My wife and I stayed at the Forest Park for a weekend away in the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and I’ve done another review for the hotel, but this was specific ti the restaurant as I felt it needed its very own review. The food: it was delightful. We had the brioche French toast and and forest park one time. Excellent all around. The coffee cups were always kept full, which is my benchmark for a great breakfast restaurant. The service: Our server Sherill, was awesome....
Our Gate 1 Tour group is staying at The Forest Park Hotel in Jasper, AB. This evening the group dinner was arranged at the restaurant at our hotel, Walter’s Dining Room. The food was delicious, nicely presented and the portions were very generous. What stood out most was our delightful server Chiara Mende. She took great care of us and was so personable. She was an outstanding server!

This room had no lighting option, it overlooked the indoor swimming pool.
It was very hot and putting on air conditioning was not an option. It made a deafening noise. The room was very dark.
Furthermore, we did not use the services.
