This place was our go-to. Incredible service! The waitresses always checked on us and informed us of the times the menu will change (This is a huge issue in Jasper on a Thursday because most places close their kitchens early). If you haven't tried the mozzarella loaf, you must! Prices are affordable. Environment was very cozy. I have nothing but positive feedback.

Awesome experience! Attentive staff, friendly and protective! It was refreshing being out and having the staff watch over you. There was a belligerent drunk man not respecting my friend and I's space, and after a couple of times of telling him to leave us alone, the staff quickly stepped in. We were there to have a bite to eat and watch the Oilers game. After the disruptive man was gone, it was a blast. Service was great, my quesadilla was so delicious and filling!I will definitely come back again if I'm in Jasper again.

Amazing veggie poutine during the Jasper in January Festival. I wish it will be on the menu and have the chance to eat that again! The plant based chicken was amazing with the lemongrass !! Cheers to the cook and staff!

This place is a mainstay in Jasper. The service is always with a smile but it is very musty inside. I am positive there is another used couch kicking around that town that isn't covered in the same stains from a decade ago.
I've walked past this pub saying multiple times that we should try the pub stop burger. Finally got in there and sadly I'm not going to be back.Slow to come, the bun to burger was extremely lopsided the wrong way and to make it worse, the bun was old. Fries were good. We go to Jasper 4 times a year, Whistle Stop Pub is our only stop for lunch, beer and pool...or it was! The food used to be exceptional, the chef knew how to turn a simple meal into to a taste sensation, so there was no reason to go elsewhere, great food, beer and atmosphere......not any more. The place used to be full over lunch with locals coming in, we should have known something was wrong when the place had only a small number of tables occupied over lunch. Had the 3 meat ball slider special and soup. The bun was so old it was hard as a cracker, there was no detectable meat on one bun, and the other 2 had a tiny piece of burger 1/4 inch thick with marinara and a wilted arugula leaf. The soup barely better than canned. We were there for 3 days and never ate there again couldn't bring ourselves to take a second chance. What a shame that a great place slid so low in such a short time period!

It was really hard work taking pictures of bears, moose, elk, eagles, majestic mountains and eating great food all morning, afternoon and evening. In order to survive each night of Aurora Hunting and Astrophotography, I came here for "2nd Dinner" and was adequately hydrated to help fuel me for the magical nights ahead. Thanks a bunch!
