Heads up - while this is an outline of one instance, it is far from the only time something like this has happened. The final straw came today when we ordered an iced coffee - when it came to the window it was clear just by looking at it that it was made with way too much cream. Placed a mobile order before 10 pm. Go to pick it up, she tells me no wedges, she doesn't cook at this time and sometimes if it's slow she won't cook at 9 either. Best to call in the order. So I said I'll take the rest of my order, just refund me. 5 minutes later she comes to the window and tells me there was no coffee made, so she is making it.
