We are from out of town and we were served at the counter by Mason. He was so polite and friendly, had a smile the whole time. Excellent customer service!
The drive thru at this Lacombe tim Hortons is horrible it will swallow your tire with the size of the pot holes which there is no way to avoid. Their grill for the wraps has been broken for over a month now. Writing this as I am there every other day wanting to see this location get much needed improvements.
