Food wasn’t terrible. The burger and the steak didn’t have a lot of flavor but the avocado and arugula salad and the chicken pesto pasta was really good. The servers were friendly. A few tables have a great view of the lake.

This was the only place open late for food so we had no choice but to come here. The service was good but unfortunately the food was terrible, very lacking in flavour or depth. I had the pesto pasta and it was so incredibly bland. My husband had the burger and fries which was also basic and bland. The fries were so hard they were basically inedible. For such an upscale hotel I was definitely expecting more. Big disappointment.

We had Shae as our server and was the most polite server we have ever had. She checked on us, showed interest in our lives, and made us feel cared for. The food was good and plentiful, but the service topped off our experience.

We saw the Google review and came to this restaurant. The food was ok, service was good. We had meal about one and half hour. How come we just came for dinner and hotel does not provide parking validation, even charge $30?
Parking: I don’t think the restaurant is worth If just come for meal and pay $30 more for parking
They share the picture of food on the internet but when you get there the menu is sth else . Ain’t funny ??

Overpriced. I went here in early 2020 and enjoyed it, but the quality seems to have gone down as of 2023. Do not go for the nachos! Can't beat the location at Lake Louise though.

We came here for drinks at a company event. The bartender/establishment added 18% tip automatically for pouring drinks and I presume he told nobody because everyone tipped well on top of that. I literally felt robbed - because that is what it is. You don't usually get a bill or a receipt in these situations so it's easy for them to get away with. They also charged GST on the tip. So dishonest! I have no doubt this was intentional.Otherwise everything was mediocre and overpriced.
