''Just because you can, doesn't mean you should''

That summarizes the Cafe as far as I am concerned. Bag of small chips is five dollars and two hot chocolates TWENTY dollars. Just because you're offering a service in a remote spot, doesn't justify bleeding tourists dry.

We had an amazing experience during our lodge stay. Cannot say enough about the helpful staff, lodge accommodation, food and views!! The best part of the day is when all the public leave and just lodge guests remain- truly magical!! Will definitely be back here in the future!!

Great spot to grab some coffee, before you head out to take in the beauty everywhere in Banff

Nice little stop at Moraine Lake. The orange cranberry bread was quite tasty. It was busy but you can grab and go with coffee and baked goods for a quick stop.

The staff were friendly, but as this is the only place for food, it gets SUPER BUSY and crowded! The staff went fast considering the volume of the crowds. Nice outdoor seating area. There is also some self serve options that you do NOT have to wait in the long line for, but there is little or no signage letting you know this, And this if IF you can get through the congested line area by the small entrance/exit door. Staff and venue were great, but just be aware it can be CROWDED!

By far. The BEST matcha latte I had there. It was soo well made and soo good, omg I miss it. I tried so many lattes , the one here was soooo good. A bit busy, but understandable because it is a tourist site, so everyone should be patient. Staff was super nice. There is no public parking here, can only be accessible by tour bus or tours.

Vegetarian options: Have veggie samosas

7.5 bucks for a barely decent coffee? You must be kidding.

Despite the long lines and high prices, the ladies in this cafe do everything in their power to ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. Prompt, attentive and kind service all around.

Minimum of $140 for a kayak rental… most were $200 PER HOUR. Get real with your scam

My visit to this cafe was overall disappointing and negative. On a cold and rainy morning, people were waiting outside the cafe at 8 am, anticipating its regular opening time of 9 am. However, at 9:05 am, a staff member informed us that the cafe would open later, possibly at 9:30 am or even later, due to a large order.

I didn't buy anything from here as I was queuing I saw sign card only no cash.I over from UK and only wanted a coffeeSo we have another dictatorship cafe and discriminating against people on how they should pay I will not put $5 on a card plus transaction fee as well.So I will not give any company custom that is card only shame on you

This is the only cafe in the lake Morriane area which opens at 9 AM. The options are good but the fruits and bread are not particularly fresh. Would recommend carrying your own food and beverage if coming for a hike in the area.

Huge line, wait time was almost 40 mins. Iced mocha was good though, refreshing after a long hike. I think if they expanded a bit they can serve more customers quicker and more efficiently. Also, they don't accept cash just FYI.

Cramped, expensive, hot. Avoid unless you want a $10 hotdog and a $5 can of Coke. Menu can't be seen until you are in line and can't get back out of line easily,. When you are a captive miles from any other food, they sure stick it to you. The staff was severely overworked but still managed to have a smile and be as fast as they could. They do not accept cash so I'm not sure how they handle things if the machine does down. One of the negatives from our trip to Banff National Park.
