Had a 5 star experience here. Food and service was great. Our server Matthew made the experience too. Thanks.

Restaurant was not even full and the food for our table of 4 took well over an hour. Service was rather inattentive. Once food arrived it was just okay.

Me and my fiancée had a great time for a few nights in Lake Louise. Props to the bartender as well as Meaghan and Matthew, even tho his Steelers beat my Jets 🤬. All kidding aside I'd highly recommend this place

We loved this place. It's quite big, and the decor is perfect for a lounge type setting. Our server, Matthew, was awesome. He provided outstanding service and was very attentive. The only downside is he's a Steelers fan (haha!!). Our food was so delicious. I had the Atlantic Salmon topped with shrimp and homemade dill sauce with lobster risotto. My fiance had the fish and chips. Both were amazing! We loved dining here.

Food and service were both disappointing. Waited for 15 minutes before anyone took our drink orders, food was mediocre at best. This place could be great but very poorly managed.

Terrible service. We sat for over an hour and not a single server acknowledged that our group of 11 people even existed. Incredibly disappointed in the management of this great establishment. We were told to leave after sitting down and attempting to get dinner. Big thumbs down. If you’re in Lake Louise I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

We sat there for about 50 minutes and they straight up refused to serve us. A group of 12 men all keen to have dinner and drinks, and they just said they were too busy to take our order - this is while we were already seated. Cherry on the cake is that we were staying at the hotel, which they didn’t seem to care about - it’s like the business hates both money and its customers.

Waited almost 40 mins. No drink orders even taken. Tables around us came after and were served promptly. Don't know if it's because we were a family but disappointed and just left.

$50 for a beer (not even a 20 oz beer) and a burger. That is all that needs to be known.

Overall this was a very poor experience. We waited an age for our meal. Then when the steak sandwich finally appeared it was cold and the squid not much better. To be fair when we complained they did take the sandwich back to try and make it better. Sadly it was only a marginal improvement. We didn’t feel we could complain again but we should have. Then there was the choice of drinks. So Pear Cider - sounds nice except it was made from 100% Canadian apples!!! How does that work! Such a shame it wasn’t better.

We stayed at Lake Louise Inn so stopped down to Legends for dinner. We didn't know that this was their opening night for the season but there weren't too many bumps in the experience. I ordered wings that were good and my husband ordered butter chicken that was okay. Once they get going for the season I'll bet it will be a good experience.

We stayed at the Inn and after skiing all day we were tired and hungry and didn't feel like walking anywhere. The whole place looks a little tired so we weren't expecting much, but we sat at the bar and took Rusty's recommendations on the hot and honey wings and the halibut taco special. Both were excellent, much better than we expected. Service was great and us tired old skiers had a great time.
