Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

Brilliant room, great service, and really special extras: bottle of wine and chocolate dipped strawberries. Plus, our room came with complementary breakfast for ourselves and our guests in a smaller room, and they comp'ed our parking. So many extras and great service besides. The view isn't the only thing special about the Chateau.

Our stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise has been fabulous!! From the moment we arrived we have been so welcomed. Thank you to all for going out of way with kindness and acceptance. Special shout out to the check in reception, our concierge Will C, Andre our shuttle driver, Keeza our wait staff, Roger (housekeeping) and Matthew our cocktail bartender (your class was so interesting and fun!). Beautiful and stunning.

I really don’t know what to say……I booked a two night stay at this hotel for my partners 50th birthday and we were left gobsmacked.
The STAFF, VENUE and LOCATION left us speechless. Every moment was a punch me.
The staff not only made us feel like royalty but were the kindest and most wonderful staff we have EVER encountered and we have stayed in many hotels.

We LOVED our stay at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. All of the restaurants were exquisite, the staff was knowledgeable, the Concierge was so helpful, as was the staff Bell Captain’s desk and registration. The hotel was so beautiful and the view of Lake Louise was stunning. We enjoyed hiking around the lake, and the Concierge helped us figure out a visit to Moraine Lake, another stunning lake experience! Wow!

The Rocky Mountaineer desk was also very helpful! Our friends, my husband, and I all had an amazing time.

Views were amazing

It was good stay as expected. Staff's hospitality was great, and they were very kind. Room was very clean and comfortable. Of course, the view from room was amazing as expected. The location provided us the quiet and beautiful Lake Luise view especially morning time.
Only bad thing was optional tour for Morain Lake. I took PM half day tour on 7/5 (Sat). The driver said the pick-up time is 6PM and she is at pick-up location about 30 minutes earlier for pick-up time. So that we arrived at pick-up location at 5:40 but there was not a shuttle bus. Finally, the bus showed up at 6:18. While we were waiting for the bus, it was raining and very cold. It was bad and tough condition for my little kids. Also, there was no signal in Morain Lake, so we did not have method to contact to you guys. My family and the other group were so confused and stressful for the situation. The driver just apologized for the delay but there was no explanation for the reason of delay.

Absolutely amazing been here 4 times and loved it every time all I would say is add a little more free stuff like treats for the kids but wonderful my family loved it. The views are amazing and that spa is just wonderful. 👍

Beautiful

Location is great. We reserve our meal at Lakeview Restaurant at 12pm. We were early at 11. The lounge is operational. We asked if we could go to the lounge to have a drink before lunch, we were turned down despite an empty lounge. The manager on duty answered us nonchalantly that is not possible. We were made to wait out for our lunch around the property. 😣

From dropping off the car to being escorted to registration to relaxing in the lounge to finally opening that room door only to have a few moments of life stand still as we gazed into paradise was surreal! Every interaction, every activity, every meal, every portion of the hotel and its ground’s were more than amazing. The staff treated us like royalty and the views from the room down to relaxing in the garden basking in the beauty of Lake Louise was what I hope Heaven will be! We created a memory of a lifetime!!!

Wow. While there are way to many tourists I still was amazed by the place. Food was awesome.

We were really happy with our stay including the lake view room, the restaurants, the food quality and in particular your staff. We felt warmly welcomed and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great place but needs more sitting in the lobby and more coffee shops/breakfast options.
