My husband and I had the high tea - the first option. Everything was fresh and tasty. We had a beautiful view by the window. I'd recommend going right when it opens as that's when you seem to get the window seating (what we had/did). I had the ice wine tea and it was delicious and my husband and the earl gray and omg it was amazing. You can buy it in the hotel shop! It is an expensive experience but it's worth it.

It's a beautiful restaurant that's is inside of their lounge. The host is not at the front table, you just thave to wait until someone comes out. Most seatings have a beautiful view of the lake but there are definitely spots with not great view. The food is okay but I would say the view is supposed to be the selling point. I personally would not go back due to poor service of the waiter and the manager.

Last week, We celebrated our 43rd anniversary at the Fair view bar and restaurant and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, the tea selection impressive, and the sweet and savory treats beautifully presented and delicious. Our server, Julia, was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable—her exceptional service made our celebration truly memorable. A must-do experience for a special occasion!

Our server, Sonya, was extremely helpful and made our experience enlightening and very enjoyable. What a great first time experience for my husband, he truly enjoyed the Afternoon Tea Time.

We dined here on Christmas Eve and then for an afternoon tea during our stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Chin, Ben, and Tessa, were incredibly friendly and professional, making our experience very enjoyable. The food and drinks were delicious at dinner as were the baked items, pastries, and desserts on the tea service. The atmosphere can not be beat, with beautiful views of the lake right outside the window. Don't miss dining here during your stay at the hotel or if you are just visiting the lake for the day.

The view is spectacular and service is outstanding. However, the food is mediocre at best, dessert is too sweet and taste strongly artificial. The tea is wonderful.

Overall great experience. We did the tea time and we loved it. The savory sandwiches were okay but everything else was really good.

View of Lake Louise at winter is beautiful. Afternoon tea was good-looking and tasty. Waiter was polite and elegant. Except for a bit pricey nothing to complain about. Note that window seats are ONLY for party of 2, thus a family of 3+ cannot have their own view.

Sam, Luke and Julia were fabulous hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our high tea experience. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Honestly, I was not sold on spending $115 + each on an English Tea, but it was awesome. AJ our waiter was exceptional, the food was great and, most importantly, my wife loved it. We will definitely be back.

Our first time for afternoon tea at the lovely Fairmont Lake Louise! We arrived early about 20 min before our booking and we were immediately taken to the table which was not by the window ! We asked if we could sit by the window and we were told it would be a bit of a wait and when a window table became available we were told that we were not able to move ! The service was exceptional otherwise ! The choices of sandwiches were delicious ! The sweets looked very appetizing but the taste was not as good as the appearance! Overall a very pleasant experience if you like the afternoon tea! The views to the lake and mountains are incredible even from a non window table! Thank you !

High tea here was amazing. Good service, good food, good views. What more can you ask for?!
