High tea here was amazing. Good service, good food, good views. What more can you ask for?!

We wanted to have lunch here like we have had many times in the past, there was no one seated at all yet they turned us away because we weren’t guests (we were staying at the Post Hotel) and didn’t have a reservation… We took our business elsewhere and won’t bother coming back again so that the seats can remain empty just like they want them to be. I’ve stayed and eaten at Fairmont properties around the world, first time I’ve been turned away.

can’t remember my server’s full name, but I could really feel how hard he worked to take care of our little ones! The price was high, but with service like that, I’d gladly come back and spend that much again. Thank you so much to our server — I think his name was Alex — the handsome guy with glasses! Thanks to him, our family had such a wonderful and happy time.

The views are great but don't expect to get unobstructed views out the windows. Food honestly was just ok. Scones were tasty. The chai tea is delicious. Service left something to be desired. Do it once for the views and a glass of Veuve. Don't expect to be wowed by the tea. You pay for a seat indoors with a view.

On beautiful Lake Louise, the view was stunning from our table. Our service impeccable and our high tea lovely.

Matt was so amazing and made our honeymoon so special! Being in the restaurant industry for over 15 years I can honestly say this is some of the best service I've ever had. Tea time is so freakin cute and the views are spectacular. If you're looking for a special and romantic experience sign yourself up and request this handsome man. We absolutely adored him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Food was spectacular, quiet ambiance, and I mean THE VIEW OF LAKE LOUISE!

This was a fun little experience for us and the kids. They were really nice to our kids even though they were exhausted and ready for food. The service was great. We got a few appetizers and some drinks. The views were amazing and it was a great spot to warm up. The scotch egg was the highlight!

Lovely experience at the fairmont! Exceptional service, good ambience, and delicious food. Unfortunately didn't get a seat near the window - this cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Seats by the window are for pairs based on what I was told. Nonetheless, the experience was great! After tea, we enjoyed a walk by lake Louise as there was easy access. Very pleased by the afternoon tea.

Their High tea was absolutely amazing!! From the view, to the selection of teas, the fresh finger sandwiches, buttery scones, and delicate pastries, every bite was an experience . The setting and view was out of this world and the best part was the high tea service. We were lucky enough to be served by Julia or as they call her “mama” she was attentive, caring, funny and made sure that my birthday experience with my friends were memorable. She went above and beyond. Honestly. I would totally recommend.

We made a reservation to dine here but be aware, it’s not very obvious that the restaurant only does exclusively afternoon tea. The restaurant and hotel were unable to make any accommodations, which I find surprising for a Fairmont.

The experience was alright, food and atmosphere were great, but the service was subpar for Fairmont standards.

The tea was beautiful and delicious! As it got busier, our service diminished. The used large tea bags were never cleared from the table as new were brought and we ended up with an unsightly stack. We needed refills on our drinking water and more whipped cream. Our primary server was phenomenal and the secondary servers were just overwhelmed by day travelers. The pastry chef is a genius! Each little dessert was a visual masterpiece and the scones were the best we've ever eaten.

Afternoon tea was an absolute delight; the view is unmatchable, and the food and service were splendid. AJ was our knowledgeable and personable server who made this visit memorable. This was an event we won't soon forget. Thank you.
