Overall great experience. We did the tea time and we loved it. The savory sandwiches were okay but everything else was really good.

View of Lake Louise at winter is beautiful. Afternoon tea was good-looking and tasty. Waiter was polite and elegant. Except for a bit pricey nothing to complain about. Note that window seats are ONLY for party of 2, thus a family of 3+ cannot have their own view.

Sam, Luke and Julia were fabulous hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our high tea experience. We look forward to coming back again soon.

We very much enjoyed the afternoon tea, highly recommend!

Honestly, I was not sold on spending $115 + each on an English Tea, but it was awesome. AJ our waiter was exceptional, the food was great and, most importantly, my wife loved it. We will definitely be back.

Our first time for afternoon tea at the lovely Fairmont Lake Louise! We arrived early about 20 min before our booking and we were immediately taken to the table which was not by the window ! We asked if we could sit by the window and we were told it would be a bit of a wait and when a window table became available we were told that we were not able to move ! The service was exceptional otherwise ! The choices of sandwiches were delicious ! The sweets looked very appetizing but the taste was not as good as the appearance! Overall a very pleasant experience if you like the afternoon tea! The views to the lake and mountains are incredible even from a non window table! Thank you !

Our whole experience at the Fairview for Afternoon tea was amazing. Our server was exceptional and attended to our every question. He knew the whole menu from top to bottom and was able to explain everything in exquisite detail. The food was extraordinary and visually stunning. It was like straight out of a picture book with the scenery of the lake backdropped behind us.

We wanted to have lunch here like we have had many times in the past, there was no one seated at all yet they turned us away because we weren’t guests (we were staying at the Post Hotel) and didn’t have a reservation… We took our business elsewhere and won’t bother coming back again so that the seats can remain empty just like they want them to be. I’ve stayed and eaten at Fairmont properties around the world, first time I’ve been turned away.

can’t remember my server’s full name, but I could really feel how hard he worked to take care of our little ones! The price was high, but with service like that, I’d gladly come back and spend that much again. Thank you so much to our server — I think his name was Alex — the handsome guy with glasses! Thanks to him, our family had such a wonderful and happy time.

The views are great but don't expect to get unobstructed views out the windows. Food honestly was just ok. Scones were tasty. The chai tea is delicious. Service left something to be desired. Do it once for the views and a glass of Veuve. Don't expect to be wowed by the tea. You pay for a seat indoors with a view.

On beautiful Lake Louise, the view was stunning from our table. Our service impeccable and our high tea lovely.
