This is an incredible bakery that I stop in every time I pass by Lake Louise. I always grab a breakfast sandwich- even their buns are homemade- soft, so fresh and so so delicious. I also always grab a bakery item- they have a huge selection, especially if you come early in the morning. Everything is baked in house. I love the hazelnut bars. So nice to go eat down by the river surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. This is generally a busy place, so be prepared for a line up, especially...
The food was fresh and tasty, but service was quite slow, staff took a long time to take our order, which made the wait feel longer than expected. Unfortunately, the fry machine was also out of order during our visit, so we couldn’t try them. Overall, they do have a nice selection of pastries, which is a plus.
