Great breakfast buffet selection with a diverse variety of cold cuts (meat and fish), fresh juice press mix and smoothies, cereal/bread/yogurt selection, etc.
Coffee and hot food menu items were just OK - savory items (avocado toast, sausage & eggs) were normal though the sour dough bread would've been better if it were toasted, sweet items (french toast & waffles) were better!
Service - they're very busy throughout breakfast hours but they really try to take care of you. Good training provided for seasonal staff.

We had a great experience at Louiza in the Fairmont Château Lake Louise. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely, but what really stood out was our server, Julia A. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful—on our first day, no one mentioned that we could take pastries from the buffet, but she let us know on the second day, which we really appreciated. She’s also absolutely beautiful—truly one of the most stunning people we’ve met. If you get the chance to be served by Julia, you’re in very good hands!
We went for the breakfast buffet and it was amazing! They had smoothies, teas, coffees, delicious egg benedicts, and a really good Reuben croissant. The pastries were excellent, and everything was fresh and constantly refilled, which I really appreciated. Our server if I’m not mistaken, her name was Claire was so kind, and the manager who seated us was also lovely. They even gave us a little bag so we could take some pastries or fruit with us, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was just $50 per person, and honestly, such a great deal for the quality and service. The buffet was a bit small, but I think that’s because they focus on keeping everything top quality and it really shows. We loved the whole experience.

Food is very good,and we are lucky have service team lead by Julia today, service is perfect. Antoine our server was really attentive and all the staff took care of our allergies with great care which is very much appreciated especially when traveling! Manager came to see if everything was ok. Exceptionnel service, amazing food ( you must try the chorizo!!!! Best I ever tasted!) View was spectacular!
