Most have been quite unlucky, because I had a terrible experience here. While the view is incredible and the waitress was very welcoming, the team was soooo disorganized that some people started leaving before being served. The waitress came to a table 3 times asking them if they already ordered (which they did long time ago). They forgot to bring half of the order of a client, but still tried to charge them everything. After waiting at least 30 min, we got our coffee (that tasted like hot water), and our chocolate cake (which was good). Prices were quite affordable. I’m also unsure why they serve everything in paper cups (that you need to bring back) instead of reusable dishes? Let say it’s not exactly ecological. The place is beautiful, and most comment are really good so I might just be unlucky, but my experience here ended up very bad.

Host advised me to seat myself. After 10 minutes of waiting, I still hadn’t been greeted by a server. I moved to a more obvious table and a couple came and sat down at the table next to me. The server greeted them and took their order whilst completely ignoring me. I left without ordering.

Amazing place for everyone. After about two hours hiking to have lunch in a small wooden building with hot soup and handmade sandwiches and pies. Delicious!!!

The food was very tasty. Waitresses were really nice and served the food pretty fast. It’s a great place to eat for people who like to hike. This place also opens an amazing view on the mountains around you. If you ever visist lake Louise, you must visit this breathtaking place!))

Provides a much needed break from a long hike. In our case, from a long, cold, and wet hike.

Servers are so friendly. Food hits the spot; all vegetarian options and made on site. Portions are larger than expected. Don't expect gourmet; it's a treehouse on a mountain!

Vegetarian options: All veg menu

Kid-friendliness: PB&J for the kids, both big and small

Such an amazing place, run by an amazing team. There's no running water and everything needs to be packed in (and back out), so expect some improvisation... I wish there was one of these on every mountain I climb!

I can not speak highly enough about how good the food was up there! Had cheese sandwich, lentil soup, and cinnamon cake! All were worth every penny! People were very friendly and their big puppy loves attention! Be there when they open as it get busy as the day continues. Worth the hike and far superior to the other tea house closer to the lake.
Thank you all for the wonderful service!

We LOVED this place- I must say, it was my favorite spot on our 2 week trip to the CA Rockies. The hike is gorgeous and the teahouse was fantastic. We ate soup, hummus and PBJ sandwiches, got the chocolate cake, and had such a fantastic time hanging out and relaxing. Loved the fresh bread. The berry tea was a big hit, too. The server was kind and attentive. My son "took the trash out" for a free drink - while it was probably not worth it, it made for a fun memory. Extraordinary views and just overall great vibe.

We stopped here after completing the Plain of the 6 Glacier hike and lookout trail and it was such an incredible stop to take it all in and enjoy a nice break. The teahouse is so quaint and cute and makes you feel at home immediately! The variety and quality of food is what you would expect given the remote location but I will say the vegetarian chilli and cinnamon coffee cake were really good and the teas were rejuvenating. The service was quick and friendly. We arrived shortly after opening and it was already quite busy but they do offer take out. **We would recommend bringing cash since their machines were down when we visited!

Disease central. Come here if you want COVID 19 like virus! Me and my friends ordered drinks and food here once we got to the top of mountain. Little did we know our adventure did not end there. Whatever they did to our food and drinks got us so hard in the end. I was thinking of moving to Calgary/Banff for the rockies. But after this God awful experience forget it! Don't listen to them and drink the Kool-Aid please. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They even scammed my brother with the final bill claiming not enough change for it on hand.
