There was a female elderly staff , she is definitely racist, she kept asking Asian people to leave the lodge and she said you can’t stay here more than one and half hours! But she never asked any western people no matter who was staying longer than us. That’s so rude, I was sitting on my chair and shared the table to other people, but she insisted me had to leave, I was waiting my families who were skiing and -20 degree outside, I asked her where should I go, she replied, I don’t know, but you can’t stay here.

Shame on you!

If you guys have this policy in your lodge, pls show up to everyone! Better set an alarm to every customer! Or pls training your employees well, maybe build a bigger lodge!

We ordered Grilled chicken pesto wrap,Alberta roast Beef wrap, very berry smoothies and strawberry sunrise. The food is really nice and the wrap is massive, enough to fill your hunger. Alberta roast Beef is high recommendable.

Parking: There is plenty of parking available, but had to walk nearly 1/2km to reach the food court.

As a foreign visitor, my family and I visited Lake Louise in the afternoon on June 20, 2024. When I ordered drinks, I misunderstood the receptionist due to English not being my first language, and I simply replied “yes”. Another female barista, with orange and brownish hair, was laughing at me with no reason. I was very embarrassed because of her behavior at the moment. Then the receptionist asked if I wanted cream, and again I replied “yes”. At the same time, that female barista laughed again and repeated with my”yes” response mockingly. Because my family was waiting for me, I didn't have time to discuss the issue further.

I feel deeply offended by this experience and it ruined my entire mood. I am extremely disappointed to have received such poor service and to be treated this way in such a famous scenic spot. I hope that Starbucks can improve their employee training to prevent such situations from happening in the future. This store will face customers with diverse culture backgrounds, and from all over the world, so please be patient and be kind. We are here to enjoy Canadian nature and not some awkward moments! (The receptionist was helpful and patient though).

The worst cuppachino I have ever had . It was watery no coffee flavour. They really aren't skilled baristas. The guy took my toonie as a tip when I was trying to pay for almond milk instead of regular milk. I didn't receive change so then he did the till action and gave me change.

Since the pizza wrap is no more, The Houston (lager Mac and cheese with pulled pork) is definitely the way to go!

If people queue, you know it’s good. Cute little coffee shop located in Lake Louise, offering dine-in & takeout. Good selection of coffee, tea & homemade dishes & cakes. Very reasonably priced also!

Great flat whites. Extensive selections of wraps, sandwiches, cakes. Had two flat whites, Cajun chicken Caesar salads wrap, Elk Stew and a silky chocolate truffle slice. All good portion size, freshly made and tasty. Seating is cosy and a bit limited as it’s a nice cosy cafe, but don’t let that put you off as overall great, and would recommend.

Good quick staff, great coffee, and lots of cakes. We visited 3 times during our 5 days in Lake Louise. Thank you team.

Grabbed great coffee and an outstanding wrap. Quick and efficiently moving the crowd through to provide quality and tasty food.

Great quick food and friendly service. Low key items but tasty. Went about 2 pm and didn’t have to wait long at all. Would definitely go again for a quick bite to eat

Really liked this place -no frills but an authentic, food-on-the go cafe, where you can get a variety of options to take you from breakfast, to mid-morning coffee, through to lunch. Get there early as it is very popular and regularly has a queue outside. We opted for smashed avocado toast for breakfast, which was lovely. I also had the best coffee of my stay so far in Canada (note they only offer milk alternatives of soy, oat or almond but it made a nice change). Plenty of sandwich and cake options, the former made freshly to order. Seating is limited indoors and out. A great stop if you are in the Lake Louise area.

Tried their sandwich and coffee. Very expensive food. Better to pack or purchase before heading to there. Quality of food and customer service was very bad . Owner was rude when I complained.

Creamsicle smoothie was absolutely nothing like a creamsicle and the staff seemed very judgemental.
