We stopped here for lunch since it was one of the few places in the area with good reviews for quick bites. The food was very good and fresh. We honestly wished we had a bigger appetite to try more items on the menu because everything looked great. The staff was super nice and courteous, which made the experience even better. The only thing we noticed is that seating can feel a bit tight, especially during winter when outdoor options are limited. Overall, a great spot for a quick and tasty meal in Lake Louise.

This little café is a gem for hikers in Lake Louise! We stopped by twice during our 5-day Banff trip—once for breakfast before hitting the trails, and another time to grab lunch to go. The sandwiches were so good, and the coffee was perfect to warm up. The Gobbler sandwich is a must-try! Totally loved it.

So busy. Very organized crew, and a calm minded cashier to handle the large crowd. The sandwich was a good portion. You can choose which sauce you want with the sandwich you order. The tea was pretty nice. Overall, I enjoyed the trailhead bagel sandwich. The prices were fair, with it being in a national park. Usually prices are pretty outrageous in a national park. The egg was nice and fluffy, not overcooked. If you don't mind a crowd and can wait a little, come here for your breakfast. There was seating inside, but the seating was pretty much full when I got there. I recommend coming here when Banff for a quick to go spot.

We come out here often, and will typically grab a bite or beverage as we enjoy most of the menu here. The last 3 visits in the past 2 weeks have really missed the mark. Between orders having missing items ( would be helpful if orders were repeated to ensure accuracy) Luke warm latte’s, getting the wrong pastry and today after snowboarding arrived at 4:39 and the kitchen was closed. I did not realize kitchen hours were different than your operational hours. The food is great, never had an issue that is why I still wanted to leave a positive review. But I really hope something changes.

Food and service is good. The matcha could be a little stronger and it would be great if not everything was packaged in plastic or if food wasn’t served in take away boxes.

Popular place to get wraps, sandwiches, and pastries to take to the lakes. No tables.

Great place but they have no apparent dedication to sustainability. You would think in a small mountain town they would take more precaution to the waste they produce. We came here for 30 minutes and I watched 25+ people come in, some stayed and some took their food to go. But everyone that stayed used their to go container once then threw it in the garbage. We watched one of the employees empty the garbage bin when we first got it, when we left, it was 1/2 full of to go boxes again.

My tips: Use to stay plates and give customers the option. You have a lot of staff working, this shouldn’t be an issue.

You can also change the material of your to go boxes from treated un-recyclable cardboard to a fully recyclable option.

After paying $80 for some wraps and salads I asked the staff about the food; the small salad container ($4.50 each) was half full, lettuce was old, the croutons were mush and the dressing tasted weird. He said “ok what do you want? A refund?” I said sure then I heard him tell his coworker that he’s giving us the $8 back because “he doesn’t want to deal with it”.
I also asked him about the donair wrap because the description said garlic sauce but the sauce was extremely sweet he said “that’s how we make our sauce”. Overall vibe, price and quality of food was bad.

I paid $4.50 for two salads and the container was half full. The salad tasted old. I got the donair wrap and the meat was super dry, didn’t have anything a donair would have which I was disappointed with. It was just a few pieces of shaved beef and a salad. The garlic sauce was not hallelujah sauce but in fact tasted like salad dressing. The falafel wrap is cold and pre made. My first impression of this place is that it’s way over priced for the low quality of food that is served

I almost never write reviews, but this time I simply couldn’t stay silent after how rude the staff was — especially a girl named Georgia (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name, she said it very quickly and clearly didn’t want to repeat it, probably because she realized how unprofessional her behavior had been).

My family and I came here for lunch. We’ve been to this place several times before and always loved it. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing because of the way Georgia treated us.

While we were ordering, she was extremely rude and was laughing with her coworker right in front of us. I asked politely if they had any caffeine-free tea options, since my mom can’t have caffeine. Instead of helping, she just pointed at the teas on the counter and said, “That’s all we have.” I tried to clarify, asking if maybe there were other options behind the bar, but she repeated the same thing and started laughing again with her colleague. The same was when I asked about the sauce options , she said that it’s written up there , that’s all we have instead of explaining and helping. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful.

The food itself was great as always — no complaints there. But the service completely ruined the experience, but when we just came in, the other staff member met us with a smile and was very polite and kindly explained that they don’t have the options that we wanted to order, as they are sold out and fryer doesn’t work.
I hope management will take it to their attention, this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in such a popular tourist spot like Lake Louise, where thousands of people stop by every day. Staff members should represent your café with kindness and professionalism, not sarcasm and disrespect.

When I later asked for her name, she mumbled something under her breath without even taking the bottle out of her mouth — still rude until the very end.

Again, I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt I had to. We love your food, but this kind of treatment makes it really unpleasant to come back.
