Very nice place...but they overcooked my steak! Not impressed by this (of course they offered to remake it but I find that embarrassing so I refused and ate it instead). We otherwise had a fantastic anniversary dinner here with a spectacular view of Lake Louise.

We had a fantastic dinner here while we were staying at the hotel. Two of us did the three course dinner while our son got the pork chop. My wife and I each had the filet. We started off with the cheese fondue, which was delicious. It came with bread as well as vegetables and pickles to dip in the cheese. I really liked the vegetables more than the bread. The filets were perfectly cooked and were so good. For dessert, we got the chocolate fondue with many different morsels to smother with chocolate. Some might complain about the portions being small, but we thought they were absolutely perfect. Everything tasted so good, and we left very satisfied without that overly full feeling. I did splurge and ordered the premium wine pairing, and I have to say it was perfect for my palate. I have been under whelmed with wine pairing in the past, but not here. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful and provided a great experience. The only thing that is a deficit is the cost, so viewing this as a special treat helps!

Really nice and straightforward restaurant in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There’s one room with amazing views of the lake, and another room with no views, so request (if you can) the room with the view.
Additionally, there’s a full wine rack w/a ladder that’s very cute and actually gets used.
We split the raclette (which was a “deconstructed” version of a traditional raclette) and split the tenderloin. Both were excellent.
We’d definitely eat here again, but you also can’t go wrong with the other hotel restaurants

We were lucky enough to stay here as part of our tour and decided to have dinner here. From the moment we were shown to our table, our server Asher was there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the fondue experience and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Asher was attentive without being obtrusive and super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed chatting to him.

Everything about the Walliser Stube was amazing! The fondue and steak were incredible and the views are lovely. Staff were extremely kind and friendly, especially our waiter Asher. Will absolutely look forward to coming back someday!

We had the most wonderful time celebrating my friend’s birthday at Walliser Stube last night with our most wonderful and engaging server, Asher .
Asher made the day extra special for my friend, promising to sing and dance for her and he did not disappoint.
We ordered the Chateau Experience - 3 Course Menu since that involves very little thinking (and it’s a pretty good deal from the à la carte!) apparently many things like veggies, breads, etc. are replenish-able but the first-round portions are plentiful such that we can’t fit anymore into our belly.
A must do while you are in Lake Louise especially when the weather is still a chilly so you may take in the lovely view while enjoying delicious food.

We had a table overlooking Lake Louise at sunset which was fabulous and the general ambiance is spectacular. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the fondu, trout, tenderloin and baked Alaska with wine pairings. The wine pairing was wonderful, the flavors were fantastic however there wasn't enough cheese in the fondue for even 1/2 of the appetizers dipping, my tenderloin was actually cold and the baked Alaska was so frozen we couldn't eat it for 10-15 minutes. Not what I would expect from a 5 star.

What a lovely time at the Château's famous wine bar. Our server Zdenek went out of his way to make sure our night was special and we greatly appreciate it! We most certainly enjoyed the lobster add onto the fondue. Also, the sommelier recommendation for the wine was phenomenal. All in all an amazing experience.
