Although I'm still disappointed that the Canadian government won't allow high-end restaurants to serve a hamburger medium rare. One could buy the same ground beef at the local supermarket and cook it rare yourself, but a restaurant is not allowed to, I find that very very strange.

Honestly, it's such a nice treat when you've done a hard day of skiing. It's not affordable, like Temple Lodge, it's more a fine-dining treat in the middle of the mountains, but the food, service, drinks, atmosphere, is fantastic!
Amazing place! The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, with stunning views that added to the experience. The kale Caesar salad was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A special shoutout to Kristy, our server, who was attentive, friendly, and made the meal even more enjoyable. The manager, Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Exceptional service and great food—I highly recommend Whitehorn Bistro!
