The first rate kitchen is in the entrance for all to see and the professional chef’s were there handling the food with expert care. I watched them cook as I waited for my deep dish style pizza for the tenth time in about one year. Not once did I see them taking a short cut in the preparation or the size of the serving and I am looking forward to next month as my daughter and son in law are meeting up with my wife and I for dinner. Lamont’s best keep secret.
