Located just outside Calgary, my friends and I went to the Landon firehouse bar and grill to watch some friends play music. The firehouse is the best-looking bar my friends and I have ever seen. Nothing in Calgary can top it. It has an amazing atmosphere because of it too. There is soo much to see from the top to the bottom, left and right. No wall is bare!

The food, OMG the food. BEST bar food I have ever had. Everyone should try it. It's worth the drive. So tasty, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I have tried a number of items on their menu, and everything so far is amazing!

I would recommend this bar to anyone willing to make a trip outside Calgary for good music and even better food.

“Delicious food, friendly service! The ginger beef was up there with some of the best I've had. Egg rolls were nice and crispy and full of flavour. The pork noodle dish was perfect. Overall this was very delicious food. Highly recommend.”

“This is my favourite Subway to eat at. The staff is incredibly friendly, quick, and they make the sandwiches exactly as you wish. Additionally, the restaurant is always spotless and clean. The ingredients tasted so fresh and truly satisfied my hunger with every bite.”

“In my town there’s a dairy Queen and I enjoy the flamethrowers and the strawberry milkshakes I especially love the onion rings because they are so crispy!!! I’ve had some issues with the staff that works there, but that hasn’t stopped me from having Dairy Queen.

“Stopped here for lunch and picked up a premade crass aunt sandwich. It was not the greatest little stale but I had a great experience with the rest of my shopping. I felt it was a little over priced but that seems to be the trend these days for groceries.”

“The whole Team has gotten to know me for my regular steep tea 🍵 They always greet me with a smile followed by a "Hi! with smiles on their faces, they are very helpful when you approach the counter. I never leave the store without feeling valued as a Happy Customer. 😊”

“I usually order through the app, and have always had a great experience picking up. Today my car got plowed in by 35cm of snow and I wasn’t able to pick up my order, so I called the store asking if I could cancel and replace my order for delivery. Instead, the owner of the store offered to drive through the snow storm to bring me my order personally. I can’t thank him enough for the above and beyond customer support.”

“La Diperie is a small shop offering nice treats: ice cream, donuts, waffles, shakes, … if you are looking for a big “shot of sugar” you can have a break there.
Tried the ice cream: Watermelon sorbet, mango and “rainbow” ice cream. Favorite is the watermelon with chocolate pearls inside. Nice discovery. Mango is nice. Rainbow tastes like bubblegum, not my favorite. 3 large scoops for $10.17 (incl. tax) is a decent price. Compared with the one I had in Surrey, it is cheaper and has a better taste.
Other flavors available are vanilla, chocolate, mint choco, caramel, pistachio, strawberry, lemon, bubblegum, cookie dough. You can have a dip as well (green tea and other flavors I don’t remember). Too bad they don’t have green tea ice cream.
Recommend the place and will probably come back to try other treats.”
