I had the usual beef n cheddar sandwich with the loaded curly fries.. it was my first time trying the loaded curly fries, and it was surprisingly very good. And lots of cheese sauce, and shredded cheese. The staff was Very welcoming and friendly. Great set in this location. I ate here October 24, at 630 pm .
And I was not given my dip. Like seriously I ordered this sandwich for a reason because I want DIP!!

Came through the drive through and I ordered multiple meals. I was missing a burger and large curly fries and didn’t realize until I got back home. We drove all the way back to get the rest of our meal and even called and then was told by Chirag that “this never happens” and that they would only make the burger and not the curly fries and to come back the next day and talk to a manager. Just a waste of time. Unfortunately it’s the only Arby’s in town.

I asked for 2 packets of horsey sauce per sandwich. I ordered 8. I got 3 PACKETS. SHAME GIVE ME WHAT I PAID for. I'm sick of this and will be contacted ng Arby's HQ with video evidence of negligence and lack of equality control. I'm leaving the owners 48 hours to rectify stingy and negligent food practices before I press federal court charges.

It's an Arby's so there isn't much to say. What I can say is it was very clean and the staff were friendly
The dining room closes at 10 pm. We ordered our food around 9:15pm. After sitting down to eat, I needed to use the restroom about 10 minutes later, so 9:25. You have to ask a crew member to let you in. I stood at the counter and the cashier walked in behind the counter right past me and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally the girl working the drive thru came over and I asked her to let me into the washroom. After she asked the cashier whom had just walked past me I was told that the washrooms had already been cleaned and they weren't allowing anyone to use them for the rest of the evening. I find it hard to believe not 1 crew member was gonna need to use the restroom before closing! Regardless, they were open and serving food in the dining room. Bathrooms should be cleaned after the dining room is closed. Poor customer service!

Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 meals, we where waiting for 5 minutes before they even put the curly fries in the fryer. 4 people ordered and got thier food before us 2 of them being the same meals. Our sandwiches where sitting for 15 minutes before the rest of the meal was ready
