Good service, many fun flavours and add on options. Able to customize sugar and ice levels. Pearls are on the soft side with not enough QQ/chew texture - unless it's your preference.

They have lots of options for drinks and pearls but the staff were willing to give me recommendations;super friendly. I also cannot have dairy and they had alternative milk options for me to choose from. They gave me the drink pretty quickly after ordering and the pearls were just soft enough that I didn't have to chew too much but still had some chew-ability.
