Cha house is my favorite place to get my bubble tea's. They have sooo many flavors and combos. Sometimes they can do alterations to drinks. Sometimes its not possible and that's okay. I've never had any problems with any of the staff. When I decide to experiment with new flavors I've not tried sometimes I don't like them, but that is likely a me issue, not the staff or the products.
