“The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.“

“Food was good. We ordered the cheeseburger omelet and steak omelet. Both good. A side of strawberry & banana waffles - yummy! I got the cold brew vanilla coffee - I wasn't a fan at all of the taste.
It was pretty busy- we arrived around 1030am on a Sunday. Despite it being busy the service was still good.“
