“The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.“

“Too many items to select from.. all good.. Great picture that invite you to order one of everything lol.. but one can't do that..so we'll have to come back again.. IHOP isn't just about pancakes anymore. They can cook your food right and get to it to your table..“
