The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.
We arrived late after the office was closed but the welcome package was where we were told it would be. The directions to the condo were very clear and easy to follow. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we will return in the future
Enjoyed our stay - the location, cleanliness and staff were amazing - loved. The pool and hot tub - perfect for a golf or family getaway - accommodations were dated - food in restaurant was average for a golf course

Despite these drawbacks, the pool and hot tub are enjoyable, making it a pleasant stay overall.
