“The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.“

“I love IHOP. I only ever order sirloin tips, and it is always great. Edit April 2026 - still an HOP. Same as it ever was. If you like IHOP, it's a good restaurant. Edit August 2026 food was very good, the restaurant was understaffed and things were a little slow“
