“The customer service provided by Mike Smart was excellent. We were not pleased with user fees and cleaning fees, particularly since these should be covered by yearly maintenance fees, and since the amenity we were most looking forward to, the hot tub, was not available. The view of a dirt hill with dry grass was less than spectacular. Having to wash improperly cleaned dishes, cutlery and pans before using was not pleasing.“

“We had a great brunch at IHOP today! The Double Blueberry Pancakes were fluffy, fresh, and delicious. Portions were generous, with plenty of menu options and value meals to choose from. The service was friendly and attentive,they always checked in on us, and our food arrived hot and fresh. Thank you for the great service! We’ll definitely be back. 🥞🫐😊“
