Last time I ate here. I was sick the entire day. Go somewhere else. After talking with some other people, it was determined that they premake their burgers at the start of the day and microwave them throughout the day to heat them up. When l was working here several years ago. The burgers had a 15 minute shelf-life before being thrown away and more were made and put into the steam heating tray. Clearly that doesn't apply anymore. ((This is also a culture shock for economic migrants who come to work here from poverty. They refuse to throw away food. Especially meat. When fast food was designed to be short lived and needs to be replaced often. Western countries tend to ignore food waste issues because of our economic opulence. Thus, we don't see the value in keeping expired food such as fast food that doesn't have too many preservatives to keep like regular food does. Needing to be thrown away within minutes after being made and replaced often during a single shift.))

Poutine was great but my whopper was disgusting. Veggies smell/taste like soap and the beef was cool. Not hot. Not even warm. Actually cool. Inedible. They don't answer their phone so here's hoping someone can read.

First time coming here. I spent 2 days in the city i and had a 1 hour drive home. My husband asked me for 2 junior whoppers with heavy mayo. Got home, burgers had no extra mayo and only 2 onions rings each. He was happy with the cold burger but not happy with the product served. He has bought here lots before (always ordered same thing) but today was first time he wasn't happy with product. And front end staff complained after taking my order, I wasn't staying in to eat. Told her they r not for me, I'm driving home 1hr to family. She continued to say "some people's kids!" ??? I was not impressed at first, and definitely not impressed after husband complained.
