We had a birthday dinner at the Water Tower last night and it was a great experience! Our server Jay, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, entertaining and so patient with the kids, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and Jay's service really made the night special. We were all so impressed :)
The food was good and while the service started out slow, it came around and ended up being decent service. But what ruined the experience was the staff/management meeting they were having in the dining area next to my table where customers could hear their sometimes heated discussions. That was not a meeting to be had in the dining area around customers. It showed an absolute disregard for the environment of the restaurant

Based on the reviews, Water Tower Grill offers an amazing experience with a beautiful view from the balcony and a classy yet relaxed atmosphere. The interior has an amazing vibe with great covers of songs changed to fit the jazz theme, and the golden hour view is a highlight. Service is excellent, with servers like Casper, Niranjan, and Andrew described as friendly, personable, attentive, and welcoming. The food, including a perfectly cooked steak, is to die for. The restaurant is a perfect atmosphere for date night and celebrations like anniversaries. Some guests would like to see vegan options like a tofu buddah bowl or a vegan burger. Overall, it is a great time and guests will definitely be back.
