My drink didn’t get refilled whats so ever a the server was just sitting in a booth on her phone an my girlfriends strawberry’s were old. the hash browns have so much crunch you guys are burning them an the food is not properly made or served right an every time I come to your restaurant I always end up with something in my drink.
NOT WORTH the pay. The servers hair was dangling into other people’s food when carried on shoulders hair nets please

We sat down and when we got our drinks there was something floating in it. I ordered the berry vanilla crêpes and it was a tiny portion I was not full and the cream cheese was gross and tasted like the heated up a chunk of cream cheese I was expecting a nice vanilla cream cheese frosting but there wasn’t a hint of vanilla anywhere and it was not good, the eggs were cold and I was very disappointed. The strawberries on top were brown and definitely not fresh. When waiting to pay our server was just sitting in another booth on her phone. Worst experience and I’d definitely not go again.

Ordered online and they got my order wrong. When I called to complain they absolutely took responsibility and made sure I was happy. Which I am! Good manager working there.

I would give more stars but they wont let you order after 11pm over the phone, because people didn't show up to get food. but if you call to order during the day? go for it! because everything changes during the day. like its 2 in the damn morning i call because i want to get my food as soon as i get there leave eat and go to bed after work. this is a dumb rule when they wont give an option to to order and pay online.

TLDR cant order on phone after 11pm but you can during the day.
