Ordered online around 10 to be ready at 1:30. Got there about 1:24, litterally handed my order to me at exactly 1:30. They weren't packed, but they were busy. Hot and fresh, about $5 more than a combo at a "fast food" place, worth it. It's an actual burger. I appreciate that.Vegetarian options: Have an Impossible burger they can make vegan!

We did a takeout order and the burgers were amazing! We have never eaten there before but I was so pleasantly surprised. The mushroom Swiss Burger was so delicious, and it was very nice to have a handmade burger patty as opposed to a processed one.
Delicious as always! They need a dust broom or do sweeping after hours. We had a very dusty visit.

Place has gone downhill. Portions are tiny and overpriced. Food not very good. They screwed up several items in the order and tried to say they didn't (but the reciept doesn't lie). Won't go back.

Very much enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. The fries, burgers and endless softdrink refills were all very satisfying. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, as the seating area, windows, and washrooms were very clean, and as it slowed down, they were finding areas such as the soft drink machines and such to clean as well. Also, having table service that delivers your meal was a nice touch as well. Our family will certainly return, as we all enjoyed our first experience at this franchise.

The girl taking the order looked like she didn't want to be there. Even gave a tip, thinking it would cheer her up, she didn't announce it to anyone. This place isn't what it use to be. Then when we go to stamp our card, she said they no longer stamp the burger cards. We won't be back. To us it was all about service. It was sub par. Will go elsewhere for now on. If I could take the tip back I would. That's how bad the service was

Unprofessional and pathetic employee. I called for knowing the hiring status in the store, and the guy who took my call willingly try to cut the call without giving any right information, upon calling second time no one answered the call and upon third time they have disconnected the call. Like is this the way do you talk to the person?

Is yam fries were good the second time I went and I ordered the special which is a double cheeseburger and Jan fries for 1399 I got a single cheeseburger soggy and fries for 1836. I asked them if they’re gonna go good on it and he just act like you can’t understand me and hung up I won’t be back.
