Honestly this place has the worst customer service I’ve experienced for being a local business. Very unfriendly staff that make the experience really uncomfortable. Went today to get some ice for my family and spent around $20 for 3 ice creams which is fine but to have people serving you be so rude and say things are not on the menu when I can look right at it and read it off ? The Ice-cream treats are one of a kind in Lethbridge. Should be the first choice.
Definitely not very friendly... got some wicked rudes vibes from the ladies here.
oh well my hunny an I just went to the best ice cream store in town.. Stick to what we know best I guess and that is Marble slab creamery. Always very friendly and always welcoming every time we go there.
