been going to frank’s with my boyfriend for months now and everyone there is always very kind and not to mention that the drinks and food are also amazing!

Delicious coffee and treats here. I find their coffee a little more expensive than other shops but it's worth it and you can get custom foam art on your drink for no extra charge! Robust menu for both drinks and food and great atmosphere.
Dietary restrictions: Able to get non-dairy and decaf here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bit of lip to get in the door but the main floor of the restaurant and washrooms is accessible. Upstairs event space is stairs only.

The food is absolutely delicious. A little bit expensive but absolutely worth it! Lovely Cafe, perfect ambiance.

Great little coffee shop with specialty coffees and teas. They do charge an automatic tip (15% if I remember correctly), without giving any warning. I'm not fond of that sort of practice, we had to go to the counter to get our food.

What a great little waffle cafe! The food was fantastic, the coffee was great, and I loved the artwork they had. I recommend the Nutella waffle and the grilled cheese. So good!

The barista recommended the peppermint matcha and it was sooo good! She was also very sweet. Always love the food/matchas and overall experience at this place!

Came for breakfast twice this week. Great waffles with interesting selection both sweet and savory. Bright and light interior. Fabulous choice when in Lethbridge!!

A unique, welcoming Cafe with incredibly good food that I doubt you can find anywhere else easily. Friendly, accommodating staff, and a perfect environment for a lunch and a conversation with friends. Thanks for the experience!

The waffles are fine, but really relied on the additional toppings for taste. I found the service just ok. The menu is very confusing and it’s quite obvious we look confused, but the server did not bother explaining to us how it works.

A great coffee/waffle shop!! Im going on a coffee shop "tour" of Lethy, so I came here for the first time ever, didnt know they even existed. I came here as my "next coffee shop to try" and wow, great coffee/waffle place! You have to try it! Literally the BEST waffles out there!
