We were in on Saturday Nov 1st and ordered a two hot beverages and two waffles. There were 6 other people seated when we arrived. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and 50 minutes for the waffles. The waffles and drinks were great but the service definitely needs to improve.

Please don’t forget about your greatness. There was a lot on the menu, items that made the menu so special, taken off. I discovered this months and months ago, but still think about it to this day.

I would do anything to get the pulled pork croffle back. Me, my friends, my Dad. We got it atleast 2-3 times a month. I looked forward to it every time. Genuinely some of the best pulled pork I’ve ever had in my life. One of the best “sandwiches” I’ve ever had too. I went in one day to see an advertisement of “mess free” food, and was heartbroken. I never thought I’d yearn for a food item so badly. We didn’t mind the mess. I suggested this sandwich to almost everyone I’ve met. It’d also be amazing if you guys brought back the stuffed croissants. Sorry if this is much, thank you.

We ordered 43 minutes ago, and still haven't received our food.

Only one guy working. If they are short staffed, they should at least warn us that the food will be a bit.

A cool and unexpected waffle experience in Lethbridge. Specialty coffees, specialty waffles. Overall a good experience when looking for something different.

Wow. Was excited to come here because of all the good reviews. Pretty good food, but spoiled by diabolically bad (and slow) service. Came on a Sunday morning, so maybe we didn’t get the “A” team, but despite there being only 4 other people in the place it was almost 10 minutes before they acknowledged us. Then almost 40 minutes until we got our order (in essentially a take-out counter), and they only gave us one of the two coffees we ordered (the girl at the counter seemed very disinterested when taking our order)

Came here to try a croffle and it was disappointing. Best waffle in Lethbridge is Honkers pub. IMO waffles are superior. Do you enjoy eating a sparse bland sponge?

Delicious waffles. Perfect texture and crispyness. Staff were friendly, service was fast. The latte art is adorable. Overall great experience.

Great coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. Staff was super chill, informative and an absolute pleasure to talk to. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The drinks were fantastic and the waffles looked amazing.
