The food there is usually GREAT! My only concern is the 18% service charge that is added without ever telling people. Plus, I always thought a tip was a CHOICE and for something extra. My assumption is that at a restaurant, you order, your food/drinks are brought to the table and that is all part of the menu price. So tipping for what SHOULD be done is RIDICULOUS! It's no wonder less and less people are going out for meals at restaurants and heading to fast food places.
Ordrered food from them on this past weekend it was delicious! A BIG thank you goes out to Noreen who went above and beyond after I had a diasterous meal from the "other" Luigi's". Nothing better when you get great food at a reasonable price and wonderful customer service!
