I ordered a take out through delivery and one my dish order is missing. And I called them regarding this issues and they don't want to acknowledge of any responsibility of the issue. It's a big disappointment to me and to my family coz we're a a regular customer. That's the worst service it happen to me.It's doesn't matter, coz u didn't addressed the issue properly. And still poor customer service.

Truly needs to work on service as it is awful. Staff is nice, but the service part is no where to be found. They need to pay attention to the online order system by not missing items. Ordered one dish, didn’t come for 25min, so ordered the same dish, came out 10min later. Before being done, the previous ordered dish came out an hour after ordering. They always miss certain dishes when you do the online ordering.

The food was terrible. The 15 percent tip was mandatory on groups of 5 or more so the incentive to provide good service was not there.Update: woke up the following morning with food poisoning, the chicken wings were not fully cooked.

Run away if you can! The online ordering system is awful because you keep waiting for some food order that never shows up . The table beside me had to call the waitress a few times to inquire about her order not coming . My teriyaki chicken and tempura shrimp never showed up ! Also , the display photos of the plates online are NOT what the plates look like when they bring them to the table ! Eg . I ordered an avocado salad and it only had 3 very very tiny thin slices of avocado and some chopped lettuce , that’s it! Nothing like the menu photo . The same with the garlic beef and wonton soup and most items on the menu . Definitely false display of dishes . If you like sushi, that’s the only thing that might be worth going for .Never going back !

don’t go to this place their service is so bad and charge u 15% for more then 5 people. Their food tastes like bitter and not good at all. When you order something they completely forget about 4 things that u ordered and when u tell them to get it u wait for 10-15 mins and then it never comes.

Leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to a couple fusions in other cities and have typically enjoyed my experience. However, the service was painfully slow! We waited for 45 minutes for one part of one of our orders. No wonder they have a time limit of 2 hours but, I would argue it’s not because we weren’t ordering, the service was just that slow. The selection at the lunch service was also less than expected, I really wanted to have sashimi and was a bit disappointed that it was not an option. Likely won’t be back to this location in the future.

We have been dining in this restaurant so many times, and today we went for my dad's birthday. Every time the food quality remains the same, whether it's the taste, quality and the size of the portion.When we ordered sushi, the meat and the rice are also in a good ratio, not like another all-you-can-eat sushi place in town, we have experience the other place will have the rice twice bigger than the meat here and there randomly to cut cost, but this restaurant is always the same good ratio.My mom loves Tom yum soup, and she orders that every time. There is always a big shrimp in the soup, we never see them trying to cut cost and replace with a small shrimp, it's always that big!!Overall, everyone is really happy in this place including my birthday dad! Will definitely go back for more in the future.
