Fusion BBQ Hotpot & Sushi All You Can Eat offers lots of menu varieties with food that is very very delicious, fresh, and phenomenal. The Hot Pot buffet option is strongly suggested. The restaurant has a good variety of choices, including tasty sushi rolls. The dining experience includes a convenient order system through the QR code. However, it is all you can eat for 90 minutes, and if it is busy it could take many of those minutes. A mandatory 15% tip is required. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and the service was quick and good. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a comfortable atmosphere. For a super picky eater, the hot pot and barbecue was a lot of fun and the food was good. Overall, it is one of the best restaurants in Lethbridge to dine in and definitely worth coming back to.
