Visited the Red Deer branch and tried the mango ice cream with matcha—so delicious! I only meant to stop for dessert, but it was so good I finished every bite. 😋
I just stopped for dessert. By far the best thing I ate in Banff! I had a Bingsu matcha bowl- it was HUGE and I ate every bite!!!
We miss it here in germany. We love this food, visited tow times in Cochrane!!!

Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Hankki is a hidden gem, definitely worth trying for a quick lunch or casual dinner.
