Waited 10 minutes 5 different people looked at us but we were never acknowledged so we asked a lady if we could be seated and she looked at me and said very rudely I just got out of the bathroom then walked to the kitchen. We left and it was just me and my daughter.

Been coming here for years when family comes in. Always 4 to 12 people join us. Today after eight years of visiting I was told for 8 people or more is an automatic 15% increase on bill. We tip 20 to 25% anywhere we dine in and 15% when doing take out. No way am I bringing family or friends here again, when bringing them more business would cost me 15% on top of bill before tipping. IHOP lost a life long customer.
