The worst KFC customer service ever, he showed in his face that he was not happy to attend us. It is was 7:40 pm and it was supposed to close at 10:00 pm. And they put all the chair already up for people not sit. Not a welcome place for sure. Just saw others customers being treat at the same time.

I accept I messed up by not double checking my order like I usually do, but I ordered two sandwiches and somehow only got one seems kind of intentional. seems like all fast food in Lethbridge will try to cheat you so be careful.

Having to deal with racist people,damn people its 2025 get over the hate already. But unfortunatley the hate is gonna continue with the little guy sitting at the table. Getting real sick of the racism! We May have different skin color,but when we all bleed its still red. Time to grow the fawk up,teach your kids right

Stopped in for a quick snack and to use the restroom. The place was very clean. Staff were friendly. I got the popcorn chicken with honey mustard sauce. It was hot and came out quickly. Thanks!

We had a coupon for 2 zinger meals. Got that and a kids meal came to 24 bucks. Everything was fresh and tasty. Giving only 4 stars tho because there doors are not handicap accessible.
