Drive thru the staff was kind while being to the point and made sure the order was done right, I customized It a bit. Inside was very festive and clean that I could see.

Ordered 4 piece box for delivery by SKIP. It took half an hour before it was picked up, another half hour to be delivered and I only live about 15 blocks away. The grease from the box leaked thru the paper bag, the fries were cold, old, and soggy and the chicken was cold and looked like it had been put back in the oil a second time to reheat. Terrible meal! Not worth $23 plus another $10 for delivery. Won’t be doing that again!

I just went through the drive through and spent 25 and still had to wait up front for my order and they forgot the gravy.
Very disappointed
What ta say? It's KFC! Tasty, good and fast, not the healthiest option, but who cares? Once I a while it's fantastic! And friendly staff as well!

Always have issues with delivery. Once, they sent me a frozen gravy and another instance, there were missing items on my order, supervisor called and said they cannot send someone to deliver the missing items, and I should just pick it up in their store! I ordered delivery and paid delivery fee!!

This is what I paid nearly $14 for!!?? add small pop. I think KFC is using Cornish hens now. I'll buy a whole chicken from Costco instead next time lol

I’m a regular customer at KFC and have ordered from this location many times without any issues. Lately, I’ve noticed one particular staff member - the same lady who sees me almost everytime insists on checking my email to confirm that I placed the order, even thought she clearly recognizes me .
This has never happened with other staff members, and it only seems to occur when she’s working. It’s starting to feel uncomfortable and possibly discriminatory, as it gives the impression that she doesn’t trust me despite being a regular . I completely understand the need for security, but when it’s selectively enforced, it doesn’t feel fair or respectful.
I hope management looks into this and ensures that all customers are treated equally and consistently .

Ok I know fried food is not good for you but once in awhile we like to indulge ourselves. The chicken we ordered was not crispy but rather mushy on the outside. All that consumed this were not feeling well. It was like it was not cooked thouroughly. Unfortunatley this has turned us off of ordering from this location in the future or maybe other ones as well......

The worst KFC customer service ever, he showed in his face that he was not happy to attend us. It is was 7:40 pm and it was supposed to close at 10:00 pm.
And they put all the chair already up for people not sit. Not a welcome place for sure.
Just saw others customers being treat at the same time.
