Papa John's Pizza

Alhaan was amazing, prepared our order on time and customized perfectly as I told him.
Also a recommendation to bring some Halal options too!

This was my first visit to Papa John’s, and I must say, I had an excellent experience. I placed a takeout order, and I really appreciate that it was prepared exactly on time. The service was efficient and friendly, which made a great first impression.

Unlike other pizza places my pizza was loaded with what I asked for. I was surprised cuz I'm used to getting a little bit it's not what I asked for from other places. But they hit the ball out of the park!

Such a bad experience tonight .. i have ordered chess's stick . That girl at night time around 1.30 pm i was asking for pizza and toppings she was like having no idea, playing games on her phone …it’s feel like don’t want to go this place again ..

Delivery driver left my gate open and my dogs were running out in traffic. They could have been killed. Absolutely unacceptable. Even after I gave him a $15 tip he still couldn’t take a second to latch my gate.

Alhaan is really good and is great at customer service too.

ordered for pick up, showed up, stood at the counter for 12 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Took my pizza home and and began to eat while it was still hot and I have to say it was like eating warmed up cardboard. And the left over was so much worse that we just didnt enjoy any of it at all. I cant understand all these amazing reviews to be honest. This is the second time I have had the pizza here and it was the same both times.

So amazing. Uber messed up my delivery and Papa Johns made it right. Will continue to order in the future.

great tasting pizza great service

did have an issue with my order, but the supervisor was very understanding even when i was upset and mad he knew how to solve the problem and did sent me another order plus chocolate for my kid, thank you

This has been our families favourite pizza place to go to, not just this Papa Johns in particular but overall all Papa Johns that we have been to are the best, there is no other pizza place that’s better than Papa John’s.

I just have to say that I’m blown away by the customer service here. I just wanted to place an order for pickup over the phone and after waiting on the phone for a while, they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately to stop it from ringing. The food is great here but I’ll be sure to get pizza from the west side Papa Johns who answers the phone in seconds and very polite customer service.
