I had Paul's pho. It was good. The broth was not as rich as the broth I have had in Vietnam and some other restaurants in Canada, but it was good. The beef was on point. A good experience. I am going to try they Tom Yum soup next time.

Everything about Paul’s kitchen is great! Right down to the music they play! The servers are so accommodating and very friendly! The place is super clean and cute. Such a great place.

Delicious! I had the Chicken Pad Thai and they were able to accommodate my gluten free request. So good! 😊

Google Maps said they were temporarily closed but it turns out they're open. Food was good.

Tasty food and good serving size. Very accommodating service and helped cater to dietary restriction needs. Has a simplistic style interior. Sadly the outside area felt sketchy to enter. Vermicelli dishes turned out to be a salad based meal, which wasn't expected but still enjoyable. The Pho broth was delicious but the beef meat taste was too linear, so although it had good proportions the taste would fade, requiring a palate reset.

Food was absolutely amazing beef broth was made fresh every day and the meat has so much flavour 1 pho was 18 dollars and the portion was massive 10/10 would recommend.
The location is a little bit sketchy but absolutely worth it it’s so amazing staff were super nice as well

best food in lethbridge

Love this place so much since finding it two years ago! Amazing people always so happy to see you when you eat there got it delivered a few times to work and they always were so nice even dropped it off when they couldn’t find a driver. Always my go to place . C6 is always my favourite I can’t share them enough !!
