We have been coming to Paul’s kitchen since they first opened in Lethbridge. We have never been disappointed!! The service is wonderful warm and welcoming. The food is delicious. Do not pass on Paul’s’ special Pho it is the best Pho I’ve had in Alberta ( and I eat pho everywhere I get a chance). It is worthy of a full 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food and staff! The portion sizes are perfect and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be eating at Paul’s Kitchen again.

Amazing food and great service, the new menu had so much to offer, I had the Tom Yum soup and Pork meat balls and my friend had the Bun Bo Hue for dinner and was more than satisfied, huge portions would definitely recommend I will be back!
