I’ve been a regular here, but my recent visit was humiliating. I ordered a cheesy wedgie, but the pizza was burnt with hardly any cheese. I showed proof politely, yet the big Asian guy kept harping about ‘free pizza,’ implying I was just after a freebie. He ignored my explanation and created an uncomfortable, disrespectful experience. While the store offered a replacement, his pushy behavior made it impossible to proceed comfortably. This is not how a customer should be treated.

The big asian guy I know who works here was harassing a girl at the northside store. A police car arrived to get her statement. I hope the owner found out about it. I feel so sorry for her.

I'm from out of town and vegan. I was trying to find a place to eat nearby to where I'm staying. There was a flyer for this place in the mailbox. Happy to find they had vegan cheese and pepperoni. It was pretty tasty at a very reasonable price.

The asian guy is very rude. He doesn’t know how to speak with customers. He charges for the combo without consent of the customer then he refuses to give you the receipt. The indian girls working at the back are very nice but the asian guy is very unprofessional. If he is at the restaurant me and my friends are not coming back.
They recently introduced shawarma wraps and I tried one for the first time a month ago and I loved it, today I decided to order another one and it was hands down the worst I've ever had there was not 1 piece of chicken in there that wasn't blacker than charcoal, I was really disappointed and couldn't eat for the rest of the day

If you’re a university of Lethbridge student living on campus, ordering from pizza 73 is the best, they have better food than the university cafeteria. I spent 95% of my dining plan at the restaurant and I regret nothing.
