I usually enjoy ordering from this place, but this time the pizza was overcooked. The crust and some of the toppings were quite burnt, which affected the overall taste and texture. The cheese and vegetables underneath seemed fine, but the burnt spots made it less enjoyable. Hoping for better quality control next time, as I know the pizza can be much better when cooked properly.

I’ve been a regular here, my visit was very terrible. This is 2nd time when i have to face the issue. I ordered a pizza online 20 minutes ago when i go there to pickup my food. The staff, his name is Amal, he has bald guy and tall and always airpods in his ears. He gave my order to someone else. I have to wait more than 30 minutes to make my order ready. The service is really humiliating and disgusting. No recommendations at all.

I placed an order for tandoori paneer pizza. I have to wait more than 45 minutes becuase he gave my order to someonelse. Over there , a white guy who has bald man,he always have a earplugs during the work. He did not know what he is doing. This is the 3 time happened then i have to wait my order. I am paying my food then i am expecting my food is good and hot not instead burnt and cold. I did not like the service at all. The service is terrible. Please go for the different location. No recommedations at all for this south location.

North side location is a million times better the people at this one don’t care. This is the only pizza place in the city that delivers cold pizza still lol. North side location is 5 minutes away and the people are way friendlier and make better pizza 73.

I’ve been a regular here, but my recent visit was humiliating. I ordered a cheesy wedgie, but the pizza was burnt with hardly any cheese. I showed proof politely, yet the big Asian guy kept harping about ‘free pizza,’ implying I was just after a freebie. He ignored my explanation and created an uncomfortable, disrespectful experience. While the store offered a replacement, his pushy behavior made it impossible to proceed comfortably. This is not how a customer should be treated.

The big asian guy I know who works here was harassing a girl at the northside store. A police car arrived to get her statement. I hope the owner found out about it. I feel so sorry for her.

I'm from out of town and vegan. I was trying to find a place to eat nearby to where I'm staying. There was a flyer for this place in the mailbox. Happy to find they had vegan cheese and pepperoni. It was pretty tasty at a very reasonable price.
