Super friendly, great products!

I called April 21st looking for a specific product. The person I spoke with seemed to be really helpful by offering to order the product in and that it would arrive in about 2 weeks. She took my name and number and said she would call when it arrived. 2 weeks went by without hearing anything back. When I called on May 5th to follow up, I spoke with a different person and he said the product was not in and it did not look like it was ordered. So he offered to order it and again, said it should arrive in about 2 weeks and that I would receive a call when it was in. 2 weeks went by without hearing anything. So I call on May 19th asking if the product was in yet. The person I spoke with said she would look into it and give me a call back. It has been 10 days since and I still haven’t heard back. Please do not offer ordering in a product if you do not intend to either follow through with it, or if unable to do so, at least let the customer know so they’re not just left hanging. Or worse, waste their time like mine was with me calling back multiple times, getting no call backs, and ultimately, no product. I was able to find it online but because I needed it for a specific date, I ended up having to pay express shipping which could have been avoided had my time not been wasted in limbo waiting to hear back from the aforementioned people.

I love their refill program: not only is it eco-friendly, but the products are too! I especially love the liquid hand soaps because they smell good, not fake. The staff is always friendly and it doesn’t take forever to find someone to help you.
