Visiting from Manitoba my daughter brought me to Ricky's for supper. Swiftly taken to our seat, we were informed about the special and encouraged about menu options. Our waitress Brooklyn was cheerful, polite and happily full filled all our requests. Food was delicious, the atmosphere clean, adequate lighting and background music was pleasant. Next visit I will cheerfully return.
Had chicken and waffles. Chicken well prepared. Bacon cold. Waffle overcooked and cold. Butter wouldn't melt on waffles. Asked for another hot waffles. They brought another waffles, also cold and overcooked . Wife asked for icing sugar for her French toast. They brought her flour!
Ordered California Benny for brunch. When my order arrived the eggs were cool the holidiase sauce and the hash browns were cold. The server took the order back to the kitchen to warm it up. The server relayed the message from the manager that the eggs were cold because they were on tomato and avocado. I was not impressed and will think twice before I go back to this restaurant.
