We had a terrible meal there on Mothers Day(today) & it was not busy while we were there.
I ordered fish cakes, they were the worst I ever tasted, no flavour at all. Eggs not cooked the way I asked & dried up bagged hash browns.
A family member ordered the pancakes with the whipped cream cheese & sprinkled with icing sugar, that’s not what he was served though.
He got plain pancakes &when told it wasnt what he ordered & she said well it will take 15 minutes longer...read full review
The food was not the greatest the eggs were not cook really disappointed 😔

While the food may not be exceptional, with some dishes receiving mixed reviews (such as the hollandaise sauce being bland), the presentation of the dishes stands out, looking exactly as it does on the menu. The owners are friendly, and the restaurant is a terrific experience, especially for breakfast, steak sandwich, or poutine. Prices may be steep, but it’s a good place to sit down and eat, with a great selection for kids and wheelchair accessibility. Many consider it the best Smitty's they’ve been to in a long time.
