We did our first take out order and will never be back. The ginger beef was a globed gooey mess and the lemongrass chicken was also a gooey mess. I tried to order additional vegetables and was told there were plenty in the order and she refused to add any to my order. There were some tiny thin slices of peppers only. Waited 30 minutes for the worst take out meal we have ever ordered.

This is hands down my favorite Vietnamese spot to visit! 🍜💛 Every time I come here, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. The owners are incredibly sweet and friendly, which makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. 😊
It’s usually quite busy — which says a lot about how good the place is — but even so, the service is impressively quick and efficient. 🙌 My personal favorites are the (3a) deep-fried spring rolls wrapped in a charbroiled pork salad roll — such an amazing combination of crispy and savory flavors! And the (57) House Special Vermicelli is always a winner, packed with variety and taste.
The portion sizes are generous enough to satisfy even a big appetite, or you can easily take some home to enjoy later. 🥢 The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and relaxed, making it a great place to dine in. Whenever I’m in Lethbridge, I always make time to stop by. It never disappoints! ✨

Good. Food came out fast, tasted good, restaurant was clean, mostly empty. Asked for take out box server took my food back and boxed the food with their bare hands… would eat here again.

We have heard people saying good comments about this spot so we decided to try it out. We went on a Saturday night and it was reasonably quiet. A few take- out orders were picked up and there were others enjoying their dinner. We started with some slhrp salad rolls which were fine but perhaps made a bit too far ahead as they were kind of rubbery. The server was very helpful figuring out what was what in the menu including gluten free options. I ordered the 94a which was a salt & pepper shrimp with rice. They have many gluten free options so I asked if this too could be made that way and they accommodated my sensitivity. There were some peppers, garlic and ginger involved and a dozen good sized shrimp. It was very tasty. My husband ordered the special seafood and coconut soup I think which is featured in the new menu offerings as was my dish. The restaurant is a small, tidy spot but has a fair bit of seating. The prices are reasonable.

Spring Rolls is by far the best Vietnamese I have had in Alberta!! My family continues to come here every time we are in Lethbridge without fail. The owners are adorable and we're practically friends. The food is always fresh and absolutely amazing. Will be coming here until I die 🫡

Fresh, flavorful food at a reasonable price, served in a calm and welcoming, family-owned setting. The dish names can be tricky to remember, but each has a convenient number. My personal favorite is Menu 57 — a generous plate with noodles, shrimp, spring rolls, pork, and (I believe) beef, accompanied by fresh vegetables and a light, delicious sauce. Highly recommended!

We had pho. It was subpar. Quantity was way less than any other pho place and didn’t even taste like pho! Service was so-so. Owners seemed nice though. Seems like retirees running it.
