Ate lunch at The Smokehouse BBQ today and the sandwiches (Mother Klucker and Fish Po'boy) & sides were amazingly delicious. The service was very friendly and professional. All the food and their BBQ sauces are made on site and the food tastes like it is prepared with love. The hand cut french fries definitely are the best fries we have eaten in Lethbridge. Prices are reasonable and are not out-of-line considering the quality of the ingredients and the portion sizes.
Dry bland food. Felt and looked like left overs. Had a caesar and was undrinkable. Worst food I have had in Lethbridge. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! DO NOT GO HERE!
5 of us dined and all five meals were not good. The tastiest part was the beer and water.
What a letdown. I've had some decent meals from here in the past, but something seems to have slipped. About half of our order was terrible. Not mediocre - legitimately awful to the point where, if I had been at the restaurant it would have gone back to the kitchen.
A total disappointment. I was a regular here and despite some misses along the way (stale fries and bland burgers), I considered this a very reliable restaurant - 4/5 easy. However, this last experience has guaranteed I will never return. We got a large variety of food and every single piece of meat was extremely dry and under-seasoned. We had ribs, brisket, wings, chicken - some of the meat was so dry it was like a rock- unchewable and bland. I actually cut my gums trying to bite into this. The size of the "meatloaf" (I've seen bigger oranges!) felt like a rip-off as an entree. The "seasonal" vegetables consist of a tin of carrots and 3 (wow! I'm so impressed) tiny florets of soggy, overcooked broccoli. Guess I have to go make dinner now after flushing nearly $200 down the drain. What a waste of beautiful ingredients and everyone's time. I could go on at length, but I'm still hungry, which really says it all.
Yummy ! Food was great and the live band was great....we will go again!
We put in a big order for a variety of meats for delivery. Chicken, ribs, wings, meatloaf, brisket and seasonal vegetable side.
We went here for lunch today and were shocked to have the place to ourselves. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was AMAZING! We ordered the steak sandwich with fries and cedar and 1lb of brisket with coleslaw and green beans. It was so good and I didn't want it to end but i did have enough brisket to bring home. The bbq sauces are delicious and fresh. I love that they were chilled.
They are looking for new location. Not their fault. Talked to manager. Super, genuinely friendly.
I ordered a poutine with pulled pork, and then was served a poutine with brisket.

Mike and Cathy are incredibly kind! They make your experience SO awesome. The food is very very good, I only heard positive things from everybody else around me as well. I highly recommend it here. They also have a plant based burger for those who don't eat meat!!!!
The nachos and brisket were AMAZING!!
Brisket sandwich was good. Decent sauces. Fries were quite good. Beer selection needs work. Nothing local and no draught.
If you haven't eaten here, you are missing out on AMAZING FOOD!! The brisket literally melts in your mouth and the fried mushrooms are a delicious appetizer!
I came for the brisket and I was very impressed. The burnt ends were amazing and I could have eaten just those for my meal and would have been happy. I also got the brisket sandwich which was great. I would have given this place a 5/5 but my friends got the meat loaf and it was poor quality. Meat was dry and a tad tough, sides were great.
