Burger was dry and cold, not fresh at all. Took it back and gave me new ones, then gave me two different burgers. Last time eating there.

Called in to takk to q supervisor.. she couldn't understand ehat I was trying to say and after 5 times of trying to explain it I simply asked for someone who understands English better and was told I'm a racist and then hung up on.. by the store Supervisor and the District Manager.. ridiculously horrible customer service.. employees blaming their own faults on racism like a get out of jail free card.. who ever hired these peolle should be disgusted with themselves.

Bought supper at the drive-through several times while on a business trip. Fast and friendly service and my order was always correct and complete.
They made me wait 30 minutes for a locked bathroom. I checked multiple times, asked multiple times. Horrible service 😑

They gave me a sauce with a worm in the middle without even apologizing for it. When I asked for a replacement, they replaced it with the same sauce and there was a worm in it too. And no apologies. Not nice. Not recommended

They got my chicken sandwhich order wrong gave me spicy instead of classic, gave me a cherry coke instead of regular coke, and they wasted 20 minutes of my time in the drive thru.
