This is one of the finest restaurants in Lethbridge. Food is excellent service is superb. And I found it this establishment is clean and the staff is very experienced in their position. I would recommend this establishment to all the enter the city you won't be disappointed.

The food was excellent. Our server Jacob was excellent. The only problem is the noise level. I don't know if anything can be done because the restaurant is very open but it is difficult to have a good conversation without raising your voice.

We went during the Harvest Feature Menu. It was a very busy night. Started with the Lobster dip from the regular menu which was fantastic, but expo brought our main dishes half way through eating our starter. Our waiter (Joel) did come and apologize for the poor timing between the two dishes. We both got the Braised Short Ribs from the feature menu, mine with two orders of seasonal veggie and my husband's with the veg and the crispy potato rolls rather than mashed potatoes. Flavour was great for the most part, the only thing was the broccolini as it was quite bitter. However, we were quite disappointed in paying $32 each and being given quite a small portion of meat each. The photos of it showed it being served with two portions but we were each given one - I wonder with it being so busy if they were running low and were making portion sizes smaller? For dessert my husband got the Banana Cream Pie and I had the White Chocolate Brownie. We waited a little longer than usual for our desserts. Again, our waiter apologized after noticing and went to check on them and came back with them right away. Overall it was a good experience. We love Firestone and though there were a few things a little off with this specific experience, we will still continue to go back regularly.

My husband and I went the Firestone Restaurant for our 31st anniversary. As per a previous visit it did not disappoint. The service was excellent as was the food. Will definitely dine here again

We dined on the patio on a beautiful evening. Our food was outstanding and hot as I requested when I ordered (even the fries) Service was a little slow but maybe due to understaffing issues. This is possibly my favorite restaurants in Lethbridge

Waitresses could wait just a little before take empty plates away for the customers when they are taking photos of themselves as selfies thing and don't put us in a rush. Fly traps would be nice for eating at the patio. Please update your menu online, it doesn't match white restaurant one

Take note - if you order a steak ask for rarer than you want. It comes off the grill so hot it cooks up a level or two. This has happened to me a few times, I finally know better. There was some confusion over who was our waitress at first but we did get excellent service. The manager is phenomenal and replaced my steak. We found the portions to be a bit smaller than a few months ago and the food wasn't as good. We've had amazing meals at Firestone before, this one just missed the mark.
We go to Firestone every chance we get. The food is consistently excellent and the service is beyond as well. Our server was great and very accommodating as we had someone with us that has food allergies. She and her supervisor went the extra mile to make sure that our friend was made aware of everything. They also recommended dishes that would give her options and keep her safe. Make your way to this wonderful restaurant (the best in Lethbridge) TODAY! You won't be disappointed!

The food was outstanding...! But, there was just too much noice at the bar with staff talking loudly over the music, and likely because the music was a bit too loud. The noice of staff talking loudly, dropping buckets of ice, ice in the blender and crushing ice, it made our table conversations very difficult. Even with the waitress who had to ask us to speak up when she was trying to take our orders.

All was good until we had to pay. 3 different bills at the table. 1 bill was payed and the other 2 were left hanging for the waitress to come back-about 10 minutes we were left standing at our table. Not to mention that when I looked at my bill it had one of the other bills meals and they had ours meal on their bill which is not a big deal but when you are forced to pay their 20% gratuities that's when I have an issue. Up until the the payment issues she was good but after standing waiting there for the last 2 bills, most definitely wouldn't have gave her that much of a tip. But everything thing else was good.
Food was so good that a couple of flies decided to join us for our meal. The flies spent time at our table and that's more than I can say for our server. The place wasn't overly busy and had plenty of wait staff on so there was no reason for our server to have not even ask us if things were good. Once she served that fantastic food we didn't see her again until we had to flag her down for the bill and that took another 15 minutes. So everything was great except the server and our little winged companions.

The meals were completely cold,prime rib was cold, mashed potatoes were cold, the vegetables were not cooked or even edible, completely raw. The service was very, very slow. The only thing that was good were the desserts. Very disappointed. The appetizer said fried mushrooms, they were deep fried in batter, not Fried.

First off, I have to say that the Huckleberry Pina coladas are the best in the world- WOW! Food is a,ways great, dessert fabulous and we love that it is in house so is safer for the nut allergy my hubby has. Waitress and hostesses were fine- could improve minutely but were fine. Too bad the patio is next to mayor magrath as noise is yucky but can't be helped really. Set up out there is great though, pretty and shady.
Thee meals, ginger beef, pork and peanut bowl and husband's favorite beef and Yorkshire stack did not disappoint. My salad with breaded avocado off the summer menu was a big disappointment. It had way too much kale one small avocado, which was good, and little to no dressing. I had to fish for the sparse corn, beans and tortilla chips. Very dry and boring. Probably would delight a lover of plain kale.
Nice lunch visit with friends. The patio area is lovely; they have beautiful flowers and lots of umbrellas for those of us that prefer shade. The meal arrived quickly, the waitress was quite attentive and it was a very good experience.
