We go to Firestone often when we dine out with friends. I don't think we ever had a bad meal and the menu has something for everyone. The Staff is always amazing.
Firestone did not disapoint, great food and service. Fresh, full plate, friendly service and breakfast prices comparable to chain places who do not serve up all that Firestone has to offer. Definitely the place to go!
Excellent table service, great food. Not a restaurant to attend if you want to have a conversation with the people at your table. Had a reservation made a week in advance and were surprised to be seated at the worst table in the Bar area, instead of the restaurant area. The area was so loud that we were unable to have a conversation at our own table. Will choose some where else next time.
As usual, food was superb, and delightful to look at! The service was on point. Even on a Thursday night, the place was filled so glad we made a reservation Thanks!
Went for a special occasion thought a free desert or drink would of been nice . As if it's your birthday usually you get dessert free.
I ordered what I thought was a spicy New Orleans dish. The crispy hot honey chicken had no honey flavour, nor was it crispy. Kind of soggy like it had been warmed up in a microwave. Similarly the Cajun rice was flavourless with no spices discernible. And the garlic baguette was not garlicky. Overall I had to force myself to eat what I could and left most of it on my plate. I've never had a bad meal at Firestone before, but this one as extremely disappointing. I've got 2 more reservations there this month but will probably have to pick different restaurants.
I had ordered an eggs bennie add tomato, which the server even had to check for as it was cooked and the size of a loonie. I didn't mention fresh not grilled but it was very disappointing. My husband had to send his eggs back as they were to be cooked medium and the egg whites were still clear. Very disappointing as well. Our server was very nice and friendly about everything, I didn't ask for new tomatoes. We don't eat at the establishment very often as the food seems to be sub-par, we never have good luck with breakfast.
We love coming to Firestone everything is great. The staff is very courteous the food is great. The service & atmosphere is great. We would recommend your facility to our family & friende. Garry & Trudy.
Food tasted good but shortly after leaving restaurant I could not contain my stomach. Place was very noisy and servers liked walking right past us when we needed something.
It was so good - Lobster & Crab Ravioli's. Exceptional!! The staff were very accommodating and a nice place to go. The prices are a bit steep, but it is everywhere!

Awesome experience! Sat on the patio and we had very fast and exceptional service! Food portions were great too and we left full of delicious food and happy!
This is one of the finest restaurants in Lethbridge. Food is excellent service is superb. And I found it this establishment is clean and the staff is very experienced in their position. I would recommend this establishment to all the enter the city you won't be disappointed.
The food was excellent. Our server Jacob was excellent. The only problem is the noise level. I don't know if anything can be done because the restaurant is very open but it is difficult to have a good conversation without raising your voice.
We went during the Harvest Feature Menu. It was a very busy night. Started with the Lobster dip from the regular menu which was fantastic, but expo brought our main dishes half way through eating our starter. Our waiter (Joel) did come and apologize for the poor timing between the two dishes. We both got the Braised Short Ribs from the feature menu, mine with two orders of seasonal veggie and my husband's with the veg and the crispy potato rolls rather than mashed potatoes. Flavour was great for the most part, the only thing was the broccolini as it was quite bitter. However, we were quite disappointed in paying $32 each and being given quite a small portion of meat each. The photos of it showed it being served with two portions but we were each given one - I wonder with it being so busy if they were running low and were making portion sizes smaller? For dessert my husband got the Banana Cream Pie and I had the White Chocolate Brownie. We waited a little longer than usual for our desserts. Again, our waiter apologized after noticing and went to check on them and came back with them right away. Overall it was a good experience. We love Firestone and though there were a few things a little off with this specific experience, we will still continue to go back regularly.
My husband and I went the Firestone Restaurant for our 31st anniversary. As per a previous visit it did not disappoint. The service was excellent as was the food. Will definitely dine here again
