Waiting 15 + minutes for drive thru and when they finally brought us food they forgot 2things and had the sandwich messed up had to go back in and during that 3 other customers walked out. Horrible service always

My husband only eat A&W’s- no other hamburger fast food places. We are on our way from Ontario to Edmonton. Stopped at this location: 1 papa cheeseburger, 1 teen burger, & 2 fries. This was without a doubt the most disgusting food I have ever purchased. Burger looked like it was cooked 3 days ago plus it was cold. Fries were ice cold as well. What a waste of $30!!!!! I shall never be stupid enough to eat there agsin!
