Don't confirm adding sauce packets 2x to an order and not add them. The few times I haven't double checked because they asked right before grabbing bags they were adding there was non added. Times they don't mention before handing bag over it's been there so shouldn't be missing in these cases.

They obviously don't care how they serve food or my bag wouldn't have been like this. Unfortunately I didn't notice til I hot home and now have butter on my seat!Edited to reply to "comment from owner". I did write in and still did not receive a call. Very poor service!

I like dining-in at Arby as they have these see-through ceilings that provide good scenery from outside. Its along the AB-SK border and its nice to see the moving traffic while eating. The horsey sauce is to die for!
