Normally, I love the Bar Burrito bang bang shrimp burrito, but I was super disappointed. I do not care how busy you are; make it right! They did not toss my shrimp with bang bang sauce like you're supposed to do. Instead of getting extra and paying more for extra sauce, which I did, I got less because instead of tossing it in sauce, they just put a second little squiggle over the top. Honestly, I am not paying for extra so I get less because you're too busy... Either make it properly or don't offer it. It completely ruined my wrap. You're lucky I didn't notice until I left town.

I had a phenomenal experience at this BarBurrito location thanks to the amazing service I received! The guy who helped me was incredibly polite, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and He really made my visit stand out. The food was great too, but the exceptional service truly by the guy made it the best experience I’ve had at any BarBurrito. Highly recommend this location!

Great food, but recently had a bad experience at this location. Server was wearing gloves, but didn’t take them off or change them after handling a phone during assembly of my order and handled my toppings. I also had a quick order change after he grabbed a burrito wrap out of the bag (I wanted a bbox not burrito but messed up my order). Server left the unused shell out of the bag while my order was being completed, I assumed it was going in the trash after and tipped him extra to compensate for the change. But then, he put it right back in the bag, with his same gloves hands. I feel really bad for the next couple people to get a burrito there… I hope I don’t get sick from any other cross contamination happening before this. Gloves doesn’t automatically mean you are clean!
