Wednesday night $6 basket of wings is awesome. Great drinks and atmosphere. Always receive good service, too.

Currently hiring new young staff. Waitresses a green but nice and the food is delightful

Seems as though they want you to go up to the bar and ask for a drink, I waited 10 minutes tonight then decided to go downstairs and be served well and tip well.

literally the worst service of my life, and i’ve been a server for 6+ years myself. Tonight, we get there maybe around 9:20pm. Boyfriend & I get rushed with menus, the the server gives us the wrong one at first since there is a menu that’s served only after 9. ask for the drink menu, didn’t get it until their third visit to our table. Told my boyfriend i felt rushed and he was being kind, giving them grace. Got the wings 16 for $28, lemon pepper and honey hot and sweet potato fries. Got a couple drinks, cool the drinks come out right away. 30 mins later our wings come out and i tell my boyfriend i hope our fries are coming, again he was being kind and said he was sure they were but quickly stopped the waitress to ask for our sweet potato fries and she said we can’t order them. I said we already did in our initial order, then she actually apologized and says it was definitely her fault but they wouldn’t be able to be made at this time. okay? so we say it’s fine, try the food, and our first bite of the lemon peoper wings were literally inedible we couldn’t take more than the first bite. so overly seasoned it was not enjoyable and so so sour. the honey hot were barely warm in temp, felt like it was sitting there for 15 mins, at least. We kindly mentioned these issues to our waitress when she asked how everything was, and we asked if anything could be done like have them be remade or only pay the price for 8 wings, and she says no because it’s too late they won’t remake them and explains the kitchen closes at 930. wasn’t mentioned when we sat down or ordered, not sure why. and she says they will take it out of her check if she takes it off our bill so unfortunately no. i wasn’t being rude to her, but i had a very straightforward conversation that management should probably be a bit more professional on resolving these issues with customers. she goes on to say ordering at this time is very odd because of the way the kitchen closes and i used the words hit or miss and she kind of just kept going on with her reasoning. of course i’m a server, i get it. i’ve never had an establishment make me pay for food that wasn’t up to standard for the customer? and really that must be a management issue since the manager is also the guy in the kitchen apparently? I’m super upset, don’t really ever write reviews but felt like this one was much needed as my experience was terrible and i was still nice enough to tip the server 10% even though she missed something from our order and couldn’t do anything about our inedible chicken wings. waste of $50 and definitely regret it and 0/10 for service honestly. If the server sees this i hope you work somewhere else where you’re not afraid that money will be taken from your paycheck because the food wasn’t edible, best of luck.

Edit: won’t be coming back again even though we stay frequently in a hotel next door for work pretty often, and boyfriend won’t be a returning customer anymore as we both agreed we know better for next time.

I need to start this review by saying how excited my wife and I were to see an Irish Pub in Lloydminster. These are amongst our favourite places. However, THIS. IS. NOT. AN. IRISH. PUB!We walked in and sat down at a table, and the place is littered with VLT’s and the type of people that are associated with that. Yes, there is a type of person that gravitates towards that. There was country music playing on the sound system and the only Irish beer they had was Guinesss. That’s it. No Harp, Kilkenny, Smithwicks, Magners…. Nada. They had Strongbow in a bottle. There was no Irish food on the menu. They served food from the attached Steakhouse (if you can call it that!). The menu was typical bar food. Wings, potato skins etc. They have burgers on the menu but they are not made in house and are from a box. Odd for a so called steak house. Made me wonder if the steaks were the same. The only thing preventing this from getting a 1 star is the staff were really nice.Avoid this place if you’re looking for an Irish pub, a Steakhouse or even a burger joint.

Was there on at. Patricks Day weekend, and it was pretty busy. There were 2 bartenders there, and from what i saw, the one(the brunette girl) was working her tail off while the other not so much. I'm assuming the other was a trainee or something, and given i have worked in a bar before, I understand that can be challenging to train somebody AND do their duties, as well as tend to a big table that was there. I got there just before 9 pm and sat at the bar, and didn't get served until at least 5 minutes, which was understandable because it was busy. Got my drink and asked for a menu fully intending to order food as the kitchen was open for another half hour. Pretty much nobody came back for my food order or anything for 25 minutes, and it was about 5 minutes before the kitchen closed for hot food like burgers and sandwiches. I just paid for my drink, tipped the poor girl that was essentially handling the bar and training a (assu.ingly) trainee by herself, and just went to wendys. Kudos to the bartender that served me. If it was just her, it would be 5 stars, but its the overall experience i'm rating here.

Great atmosphere and that's where it ends. The servers have little experience and zero training. The menu is from the downstairs steakhouse not an Irish pub. The food was better at the Husky truck stop restaurant.
