I go quite regularly to big guys chicken and get their Pizza love it very well priced staff is amazing the only thing that chaps my ass is when you got a waiting room full of people trying to order and they're answering the phone and placing orders you have a whole waiting room filled you should be dealing with the customers that are standing there waiting not answering the phone but still will recommend it to other people and still will be going back

I rarely leave negative reviews but I felt warning others about my experience. The fried chicken was a huge disappointment; greasy, bland and unfersh. It was smelling man. The staff was gracefully uninterested in fixing the problem. Guys; if you value your money and want a satisfied meal after a tiring day, please look elsewhere.

We specifically stop at Big Guy's Fried Chicken & Pizza when we are traveling to Edmonton. The fried chicken is always fresh and very flavourful. The pizza is also very tasty. It's well worth the stop. We will stop here again. The staff are very friendly & courteous.
